1 Introduction and Eligibility

• Minimum Deposit: A minimum of ৳200 must be deposited for each method.
• Minimum Withdrawal: Each withdrawal request must be for a minimum of ৳800.
• Withdrawal Time: Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals must be made to your own mobile banking number registered on the account; withdrawals to third-party numbers are not permitted.
• Withdrawal requests may be rejected while an active bonus wagering requirement is in progress.
• If any unusual transaction activity is identified, mh77 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until an additional verification process is completed.
• All deposit and withdrawal transactions are logged by mh77's systems.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

mh77 offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has specific conditions that must be followed.

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive this bonus.
• Wagering Requirement: The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x). This means the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are usable only on your own account and cannot be transferred.
• Another bonus cannot be activated while a bonus offer is already in progress.
• If bonus abuse is proven (arbitrage betting, claiming from multiple accounts, etc.), the bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled.
• mh77 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

mh77 is committed to ensuring a fair play environment. The outcome of all games is determined through fair algorithms.

• If a game round remains incomplete due to a technical error, mh77 reserves the right to refund the amount of that bet.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mh77 platform and violating them may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Any form of fraud, hacking, use of bots, or playing games using automated software.
• Money laundering or conducting transactions to conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another player's account.
• Exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform to gain an unfair advantage — if such a vulnerability is found, it should be reported to support immediately.
• Harassing, threatening, or using offensive language toward other players or staff in the gaming environment.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using third-party payment methods.

8 Account Suspension, Closure and Fund Forfeiture

• mh77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason.
• If a breach of the Terms is proven, all balances and bonuses in the account may be forfeited.
• If a player wishes to close their own account, they may contact the support team. Remaining funds will be returned subject to all wagering requirements being met before the account is closed.
